Canopy Forester is provided to invited forestry practices. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data.
You retain ownership of the tract, stand, mapping, and operational data you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data to operate the Service for you and your organization.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on data or estimates produced by the Service.
